problems with the Ally Solos smart glasses

Hi all,
I don't know if people here have received their glasses yet, but I'm having huge problems with mine. Basically, I can't even seem to charge them or even turn them on. I think the power button is the round dot thing on the left or the righthand arm. I've tried holding down the power button, but absolutely nothing. They did beep very briefly once at random but that was all. I don't know what I did. And I've been trying to charge them for hours, but they don't seem to be charging. It doesn't beep when I connect them to the charger given to me in the box, and I'm now trying to connect them to the USB port on my computer, but my computer won't even find them, I get no beep sound, absolutely nothing. Thing is, I don't even know if I've found the power button or not. I keep pressing everywhere and holding for a few seconds, up to 10 seconds, but nothing. I've watched some videos on this, but none of them helped. Any ideas? I must say, this is the most unintuitive bit of tech I've ever seen. I've actually been thinking, Christ what if they've sent me totally the wrong glasses somehow? In one of the videos I've seen, someone said they're tactile, but these really aren't, apart from the dot which could be the power button. I'll have to send them back at this rate if I can't get them going. Any ideas?
