Hi everyone.
I'm looking for an accessible temperature controlled kettle for making tea. Ideally: it needs to go from 60 - 100 degrees, have either physical easy to use controls or have a fully accessible app, and I'd also like it to be plastic or glass, metal gets far to hot for my liking.

Kettle
The best I have came up with over the years are kettles with a range of presets you can click too. The one I have isn't sold any more but it works by each press of the button moves up to the next preset. The Cuisinart 1.7l electric cordless kettle appears to work similarly. Although it is stainless which I know you said you don't like, and I don't think it has a gooseneck. https://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-CPK-17-PerfecTemp-1-7-Liter-Stainless/dp/B003KYSLNQ/ref=dp_prsubs_d_sccl_1/131-7723306-8256220?pd_rd_w=ojBVu&content-id=amzn1.sym.9023959a-379f-4911-bf85-9afa60b85373&pf_rd_p=9023959a-379f-4911-bf85-9afa60b85373&pf_rd_r=MYGXS2JWGS84ERWGEA2P&pd_rd_wg=paqYR&pd_rd_r=435292b5-b7c2-41b0-b4c9-eb66647d0416&pd_rd_i=B003KYSLNQ&th=1
I think the key is to stay away from the ones with fine every degree control, and especially those set with spin dials. As much as we'd like that level of control.
COSORI has a smart kettle
Metal, which I know you didn't want, but this is a bluetooth kettle that works very well. It has a range of temp presets, both in the app and on the kettle itself via buttons on its base. The buttons are unfortunately touch based, but there's a very defined ring around each, with the buttons themselves depressed slightly, so it's very tactile if you are ever in a position where app use isn't ideal. Hope this is helpful!

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check that out.
It certainly is a shame we can't have more control over the temperature.

I don't mind stainless steal as long as it works really. I'll check this one out. Thank you :)
