A slightly off-platform question

So I've managed to install Windows 8 Pro on my Mac Mini. With the mac, i'm only using a Mac keyboard. My question is this: When running Windows, What key, or key combination, do i use to substitute the applications key on the Apple keyboard? I read somewhere that you should use shift +f10, but on the mac keyboard, f10 is the mute button, and thus it's not working. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks very much.
