If you mean something like apple mail, You've got it. it's on iOS and it's the mail program by default. It's very easy and accessible to use. Check it out and set up an account at settings, mail contacts and calendars. You have an inbox, and out box when there are messages to be sent, a drafts folder and any other folders on the imap server or pop thing.
