have a look at iExplorer

Hi, I don't know if this will do what you want, but have a look at iExplorer its fairly accessible though not briliant, there are some unlabeled buttons and other parts of the screen where you have to hit tab multiple times to get to a control and it doesn't feel like your moving anywhere because nothing reads.
A few other words of warning, there technical support is awful, they eventually added accessibility in a while back thanks to me but since then they haven't replied to two messages I sent them about a problem I have with the mount folder as disk option.
What this option does in theory is lets you mount an apps documents folder in windows as if its a drive so then you can copy and paste items into it with the clipboard.
However it only works with apps that allow for iTunes file sharing, I don't know if this means say the built in music app.

Also a word of warning regarding the mount folder as disk feature I have found it really has issues at least for me, often transfers will come up with an error saying a file that is being copied no longer exists, this usually messes up the copying of stuff and I have to start again from scratch.
Another issue is that even when this error doesn't happen sometimes transfers seem to copy new stuff to the documents folder but they have actually corrupted during the copy process and so are unusable on the iPhone though the original files are fine. In fairness to iexploer I have only really used this feature with one app, so it could very well be a problem with the app maybe and not iExplorer. This does mean you have to connect your phone to your computer with USB also I don't think it can sync or copy wirelessly.

double twist

I'm not sure if this will do all of what you want, but I know it'll do syncing of music. I'd look into Double Twist. It's free, and was created by the teenager who cracked copy protection in 2009. And he's still making it. I know it will sync music over wi-fi. Which is nice if you don't want to sync things using a wire. I'd look into it and see if it'd do all of what you want. I know it'll do music, but you may need to have 1 or 2 more programs to sync other things.
Hope this helps.

Would anyone happen to have links to both programs? Will any of them allow for importing of contacts?
Thanks.

iexplorer is at
www.macroplant.com
I don't know if it will allow for importing of contacts, it will certainly allow for exporting of various things from both I devices and any backups stored on the computer, though the file tree view can be tricky to navigate, I can't speak for double twist as I haven't heard of that one, but I am going to find out what it can do and see if its any use to me.
