Itunes and windows 10

I have not used Itunes for many years. I think I was using windows XP. Now I have a Windows 10 Laptop, and want to use iTunes with my iPhone XR. How accessible is iTunes now with windows using NVDA or Narrator? I've heard it isn't generally very accessible even with a MacBook. I tried the mac but just couldn't get the hang of it. Woulddn't be without my iPhone. Many thanks in hope.

I use it in my Desktop windows 10 with jaws 2020.I can create list play, and listen to music, podcast and find music I want to purchase. I am noticing that when I upload an album or a song, and do update to iCloud, the album or songs tend to show up in my iPhone. I do not even plug it in my PC. Regarding list, if I add the song from the album it will not duplicate. However if I do it from the artist, it does so in my playlist. Apple still releases update to iTunes. Recently was about 1 month.

I seem to remember there are some keystrokes to use iTunes. I can’t remember them, or where to find them. Can anyone help?

Alt gets you where you want. Alt v will put you on their view. Alt f files and so on.
