Double notifications nearly on every app.

Hi. I hope someone can help with this annoying issue. For nearly 3 weeks, I started recieving the same double or even tripple push notifications at the same time from many apps on my Iphone 6. I uninstalled many apps and then reinstalled, I restarted the phone many times, but nothing changes. Is this any kind of virus? Or something to do with the latest ios? To give an example, I have the Euronews app and on my locked screen, I have the same notification concerning Belgium 3 times. I know it's nothing to do with voice over, since sighted people I'm asking, can also see the specific notifications 3 times. Thanks in advance for any help.
