Contacting Nuance the company that creates the vocaliser voices

Dear Applevis community. I was just simply wondering how can one Contact Nuance? The company that created the Vocalizer Voices just so that people have an understanding of what company I am referring to. I have submitted my question to them which I obtained from the following link a while ago but just wanted to make sure I have gone to the right place for feedback. This is for those whom have maybe corresponded to them before. I know I can send email to Apple's accessibility address but wanted to communicate with Nuance too. So if anyone can tell me that I've gone to the right place with the above link or I need to go to X Y Z place I would appreciate your direction as to where I can contact them. Thanking you all Daniel
