YoruFukurou: how to go directly to the last read tweet in my timeline?

I’m sure that I’m missing something obvious, so would really appreciate it if somebody would point me towards the right combination of settings and keystrokes to ensure that I land on my last unread tweet in the timeline when I have just opened YoruFukurou. Everything that I’ve tried so far always has me landing at the top of my timelines when I enter the timeline table.

Thanks for any pointers.

Hi,

The space bar jumps focus to the first unread tweet on your timeline. When I open YoruFukurou for the first time in the morning, I arrow to the table, don't interact with it, if you're interacting, focus gets all messed up. So I just arrow to the table, press the space bar, and it jumps to first unread tweet.

Sometimes I hit the space bar multiple times because sometimes tweets won't load the day before so space goes to them. Before I shut Yoru down at night, I hit command shift M to mark all as read so nine times out of ten, space the next day will take me to the next unread tweet.

Hope that helps.

The Space bar, eh. Well, that’s something that I hadn’t even thought of (and probably never would have), so, many thanks for the pointer!

This makes me wonder where else across OS X the Space bar might be offering functionality that I’m unaware of (smile)

You are very welcome. It's no where in the menus or anything. I found out on Twitter years ago by asking the same question. I have no idea how that person figured it out haha!
