I’m learning how to code with Swift language and the tutorials I have require Mojave. I didn’t know if this is still available?
Also I needed help with finding the best accessible Mac for a beginner programmer? I need prices too. Can the keyboard be removed?

From what I understand, you're looking at around $1000 for a basic mac, although the mac mini, if that's still going, goes for around $500 or at least it did the last time I checked.
As for the keyboard being removed, if it's a latptop I'm sure you could remove all the keys but I don't know why you'd want to.

As for a PC, if it's a USB keyboard then you should be able to just remove it like with a windows PC, but like I said; I'm not a mac user so you're better getting advice from someone that is, I just thought I'd get things started.
