Which is more accessible Apple TV or Netflix for Mac

Good morning,
I hope this finds you well.
I’m trying to find out which app is more accessible on VoiceOver with my Mac for audio described content. Is it Netflix or Apple TV? Please could you explain to me how to find a TV shows or movies and then how to Play them with audio description.
I use another app for different types of media where you press the spacebar for play and pause and you can use the arrow keys to fast forward and rewind. I wonder if Apple TV or Netflix do something similar.
If somebody could explain this for me, that would be greatly appreciated.
