Step recording input in DAW

My dilemma is that I’m a decent vocalist with only marginal skills on guitar and keyboard. I’d like to be able to compose or arrange music on my laptop, but I’m not good enough to reliably play a song on a MIDI keyboard into a MIDI sequencer and then edit it. I need screen reader-compatible DAW software, which allows mouse-free step recording from the computer keyboard. It should allow me to input individual notes and chords using numeric values for track position, pitch/frequency, velocity, attack, duration, etc. on a given track, which I can assign to the included digitally sampled instruments/voices without requiring a MIDI interface with external devices. It should include a multitrack sequencer which can also record and mix audio tracks, such as guitar or vocals, and have the ability to trim, fade, add effects, and ideally, pitch shift/transpose (ideal but not absolutely critical), without sounding like a chipmunk. Is there any accessible software out there that does all this? Thanks. -Van
