Returning to the Mac Advice

macOS and Mac Apps

I am a former technology trainer, and I gleefully left that life in mid 2016. I now find myself needing to leverage the technology I possess, even though I long for living in a cottage on an isolated beach. I have a MacBookPro, with a BootCamp partition of Windows 10. I also have the last iPad Pro with a headphone jack and an iPhon 10S. Are there any training resources or books you would recommend? I don't mind moving through the basics again, if I have to do so. I imagine that a lot has changed in the last 3.5 years. (I've lived a relatively low tech lifestyle since I left my former line of work beyond my iPhone and iPad. Thank you for your advice.

I advise retiring to the getting start with your first mad heading on this site. also to the VoiceOver getting started guide as VoiceOver has changed. also to leave hints on, as they provide the basics of using VoiceOver. I am available through faceTime and email if you need help. that address for both FaceTime and email which is also my Apple ID is:
