Removing third-party dashboard widgets in Mavericks

Hey y'all. Does anybody know how to remove A third-party widget you've installed to your dashboard? I am running the latest version of Mavericks and I can't figure it out. I tried to go to the /library/widgets folder and delete it, but it's not showing up. Please help. Thanks.:-)
