Recording an audio tweet using YoruFukurou

Not possible within YoruFukurou itself. To do it, you would need to record in an external program, upload, and then send out the link. The whole idea of audio tweeting is far more trouble than it's worth, anyway, so I'm glad YoruFukurou does not offer this.

Hi. Though I agree with the other poster, as it being a bit of a waste of time, you might try www.audioboo.fm There you can at least speak, then send. My opinion only. If i seem a bit harsh, please remember I was in the midst of that stupid twadio thing where innocent tweets like hi, this is what i sound like, were broadcast by other blind people who in my view should've discovered other avenues of life. Anyway that's all i have. Hope i helped somewhat.

I've also seen people use Dropbox and upload public links. There are various other services also, but do keep in mind that, most of the time, this is a real inconvenience to YoruFukurou users in particular, since usually a file needs to be downloaded, etc; it is typically not possible to just push a button and listen.

Hi. In addition to what the previous poster said, think about it like this. You have to find, record, upload, link, send. We have to, see said link, choose to download it, wait, play if possible, then either be frustrated it was short long, whatever, or not be interested int he first place. For my own curiosity, do you use audio tweeting in such an extensive way as to be wishing like anything there were a Mac client to do what you ask of it? Again, I jumped in, saw it was not my thing, then consequently ignored my followers who audio tweeted. I hope that doesn't hapepn to you, but should you explore this avenue any further you mightend up having the same fate.

Hi all, I figured out a solution! this is recommended if you are using dropvox for iOS.
record your audio on dropvox. once done, go to your dropbox folder, find the file, and go to sndup and upload it. once it's uploaded, copy the link into YoruFukurou, and that's it!

Or subscribe to audio boom and it will auto upload your audio clips.

Even if uploading with dropbox or audioboom, the problem still exists where you can't play them in YoruFukurou. This is where windows clients such as the qube and chicken nugget excel. CN even plays youtube videos right within the app which is convenient.
