Question on a VoiceOver accessible Text animation program

Hello Apple Vis,
I had a question about Animation. I saw a program called Nawmal Which is formerly Xtranormal.
Are there any programs like this on the mac that are accessible? I'd like to make a few little funny clips I've had an idea for.
