Question about Karabiner and how to enable delayed caps lock

Hi all, I'm using Karabiner to change Caps Lock Key into the VO key and into the insert key in virtual machines.
I'm wondering if there's anyway for me to set caps lock turning on after a period of time being held down, let's say, 2 seconds for instant.
Furthermore, before installing Karabiner, I can get VO+ shortcut, for example VO+RightAirrow to be repeated but it's not available anymore after I did. After installing Karabiner, for commands like Command+up/downAirrows it can repeat itself but for hot keys like VO+Airrows, it does not.
I'm asking this because sometime there are a long list of items where I'd love to go through quickly.

If anyone knows how to get them done, please help me.

Thanks a lot!
