Navigation and text selection in Google Chrome

hello,

I have a question, I would like to know if someone can help me:
In Google Chrome browser, how do I navigate between lines, words and characters and make the selection?
In Safari by turning off quick Nav, I can navigate between lines using up/down arrows and navigate between words using Option + left/right arrows, adding shift to select.

Thanks!

Can you try pressing the F7 key and see if that allows you to navigate using a text cursor?
