Moving folders on Apple Notes for Mac

I am facing a problem when using apple notes on the latest version of macOS on my M1 MacBook Air.

I am not able to figure out the voiceover keyboard commands to drag and drop folders, move them around, and nest them within each other.

I will appreciate any inputs or support on this.
Thank you

I'm not sure if this will work, but you may be able to drag a note or folder with the following steps:

  1. Select the note or folder and disable cursor tracking by pressing VO-Shift-F3.
  2. Route the mouse pointer to the note or folder by pressing VO-Command-F5.
  3. Lock the mouse down by pressing VO-Command-Shift-Space.
  4. Move to where you want to move the note or folder, route the mouse pointer with VO-Command-F5, and unlock the mouse with VO-Command-Shift-Space.

When you're done, you may wish to reenable cursor tracking to restore VoiceOver's default behaviors by pressing VO-Shift-F3.
