Mountain Lion and Commander Keys

I have recently upgraded to Mountain Lion and my commander keys I had set all work except the "Right Click". I had this Key Commander for Voice Over set as CMD + R and it worked fine on "Lion" (10.7.X) I have removed re-set it to the letter "R" and then removed and reset it to a various amount of letters. It appears as though the Right Click function does not work at all. Any suggestions?
