How do you prevent Teams from stealing focus everytime you command tab away from it while being in a call?

I get this all the time and it is really annoying. The only suggestion I have is to try the web version. It's slightly better in Chromium browsers. I tend to keep Edge around just for this reason.

It's not without its problems, but focus stealing isn't one of them.

contact Microsoft and leave Feedback. Specifically contact Microsoft accessibility. No oneβ€˜s gonna give you an answer on this website for that kind of bug.

Hi.

This have been a long time problem here.

I'd suggest ye all join in on the Teams Insider program, and speak the accessibility things, so maybe they up-prioritize it more.

I asked ChatGPT about this and it suggested minimizing teams before switching apps - think that is Cmd+M. I presume going to desktop is effectively minimizing all apps?

Sounds like it's definitely worth a try. Memory permitting I will do that next time I have a meeting. Thanks for the tip.
