messenger client for mac and ios that supports multiple services?

Hi everyone, hope you're doing well and staying safe :) it's been awhile since I've looked into this topic so I thought I'd ask here again.
Currently, what is the best most accessible messenger client for both Mac and iOS that allows you to connect to several messenger services at once, for example, Facebook discord and telegram. I'm happy to look into options that are only available for macOS or iOs. But ideally something that supports both would be preferable.

Hi. I've tested Beeper, but only on iOS, since I needed Telegram. Its accessibility is much better than Telegram, but it has some issues. For example, for a post with an image and a caption, VoiceOver only reads the caption and doesn't indicate there's an image. Give it a try, and if it works well for you, go for it.
