Looking for a special video player I heard about a while ago can anybody help please?

Hi everyone hope you're all doing well and staying safe. I know there is a video player for macOS Catalina specially designed for blind people that reads out subtitles of the video files loaded into it but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. If somebody could please post a link to it here that would be very helpful thanks very much everyone :-)
