Looking on how to use new file search on spotlight (command 2(

Hi members.
I am currently looking for tutorials on how to use the new file search feature in Alfred we are able to do it quite easily by simply typing the file name for example practice one I could just type prac and enter I will have a 95% of opening the right file.
But now I believe macOS Tahoe this is also now available on spotlight but no idea of what to type to open the right file.
I have watched proper honest tech's spotlight video but i have issues catching up so the best way is to get a tutorial on how to do this with voiceover on.
If possible, could anyone give me a link for such a podcast or could anyone do one?
This amazing community do have many regular talented podcasters so I was wondering could anyone do a podcast regarding this topic if not already available
