By Prince, 16 October, 2021 Forum macOS and Mac Apps Infovox ivox isn't working on Mac anymore, I already tried that. Does anyone know of any alternatives for voices that can be downloaded to Mac as an alternative from Infovox voices and the genetic apple voices? So I'm wondering the same thing because I convert a LOT of documents to mp;3's to listen to on any device. And I don't know about you, but there aren't nearly enough male voices available for the mac that will work with text to audio converters. Tom, Alex, and Fred are the only game in town as far as human sounding male voices genetically available from apple are concerned. And Fred isn't human sounding. So any help would be greatly appreciated. RE: Infovox ivox alternative Hello, CereVoices work just fine. Of course it's all about if I like the voices. I installed german Alex and didn't like it because of its sluggishness. But that's up to you. https://www.cereproc.com/en/products/sdk All the best Cerevoice and Catalina and above Hi, Does this voice engine work with Catalina and above? I purchased two or three of the voices, but couldn't seem to put them on my macbook with catalina.
