help with formatting in pages

Hi; Can anyone help me with some formatting issues in pages. I am using the speak attributes function which does give me some idea of how text is formatted on a page. However, is there any way to get line and column information from voiceover in regards to the position of a letter or word on the page? I want to make sure that text is aligned properly without necessarily having to set up tabs. If there is no way to check this, what is the best way to set up a situation where I have two columns; one justified at the left of the page, and the other justified to the right? I am grateful for any assistance. Thanks.

I've tried using "columns' to do this, but have never really gotten it to work in a way that I can really know what the text looks like.

The only really reliable way of doing this I have found is to use a table - even if it only has one row and two columns.

the issue with this is that I've not found a way to make the borders of the table invisible like you can in Word.

There is a setting under the tables area to not have a boarder.

Take care.
