Disabling pages warnings?

Hi all. When I open pages, and I open a Microsoft word document or other documents that are not in pages format, A warning window appears. This is very annoying, when I am switching between documents. The warning window just appears on the window chooser menu. On the menu bar, under view there is an option that says hide warnings. I pressed on this option, However, the warnings are still in the window chooser menu. Does anyone know if these warnings can be removed entirely? Thanks for any help.
Igna

Pages Warnings

There appears to be NO way to disable these warnings when opening a document created in a different application. What you CAN do is, the next time a warning box appears, drag it off to the far side or corner of your display so that it's completely out of your way. Thereafter (even if you close and re-open Pages), the warning box should stay where you dragged it and you won't have to close it each time you open a document.
