Crazy interaction loops with chatgpt generated mathml content

So as of writing this is more a note to myself to properly document and report this when I am free (soon).
Basically I'm revising for my finals responsibly using chatgpt student. This is a simple latex expression
2(x+3y)(1+3y')=2x+e^{2y}(2y')
And chatgpt by default renders everything in mathml, which is cool for both sighted and blind users as we have wonderful (sometimes) screen readers to make math content readable.
But here VoiceOver (in Safari) is going crazy with interaction loops. Just to get to the firs layer of the expression and to navigate term by term where the derivative 's prime superscript is down one level, I had to do vo shift down arrow 8 times. Eight times! The other thing with math is that when the content is rendered with mathjax, like on WebWork or reddit, there is almost no interaction required with VoiceOver.
Usually with mathml previously it was just like 3 useless interactions required, annoying but honestly fine as long as it was working correctly. But in my current thread, after both safari and full system reboot, some expressions like this one require that many interactions.
To be fair, I much prefer VoiceOver on macOS with math content than iOS (despite one year of thinking otherwise), or worst ChromeVox. No problem with NVDA on Windows and Chrome with MathCat.
I still tend to think that even this problem is partially due to VO only and partially because of poorly generated xml with mathml from GPT, but the key thing here is that VO was already more difficult with mathml than other screen readers and behaving differently than most/all with both mathml and mathjax even if the current way with math content is closer to Mac VO philosophy across screen readers.
PS: I encountered so many weird bug with reading properly chatgpt responses with NVDA on Chrome where there too I have to refresh the page and read properly that I think that for once most of the issues we experience on macOS with VO are also due to the website this time, not VoiceOver. Like weirdly repeating portions of line and where the cursor will suddenly jump 10 lines above without me oing anything. Just my opinion and thoughts of course.
