Can I set shortcuts for changing speech rate?

I think the subject line is good enough.
Just adding my issue to it.
I wish there were some keys to change speech rate (and also installed voices ) using keyboard shortcuts.
I know I can create activities, but that for me is not sufficient.
Some times even in the same app I may need different speed at different times.
For example rappidly skimming through emails on apple mail vs reading a particular mail slowly.
Some times I just want a different voice for some specific part, like I am in India so may want the Hindi voice to read out some text.
So can I do this using keyboard?

You already have shortcuts to do this, voiceover command shift arrow keys, left and right arrows change the acategory, I.e, voice, speed, pitch etc, and up and down changes their value, i.e, 75, 70, 65, etc.

Thank you very much that helped a lot.
Just forgot to add another issue related to this.
I could successfully reach a point in the utility where I know voices can be added. But I have still not figured out how to add new voices (I can browse through the list ) but I am not able to install them.
Secondly I don't want to change my primary voice, but have other voices I like.
My wife who is sighted, actually managed to help me on this, but then as soon as we add a voice, it is becoming active.
How can I add secondary voices?

So even if I manage to add the voices. I don't get them in the voice list when I use the navigation commands shift VO arrows and then up and down arrows.
