Hello-
I know this has been discussed extensively before. but I wanted an update.
what are folks using to broadcast live on mac these days? is there an accessible solution yet?
Thanks for any update!
I've been using OBS on an M1 Mac Mini for streaming my music production with some wrestling. If you want system audio, you'll have to use a program like Loopback (paid) or Blackhole (free) or a hardware solution like a mixer that can send system audio back into the mic input since Mac OS doesn't trust you enough to just have it built in without a system extension. QT is an absolutely miserable wrapper, but it can be beaten into submission with some trial and error. Here, I wrote a guide for how to use OBS with Voiceover for Mac. https://github.com/PepperTheVixen/OBS-with-Voiceover
Hello. I totally suggest Ecamm Live. I had the chance to work with the developer to make it fully accessible with Voiceover on the Mac. Here's the link so you can check it out. https://www.ecamm.com
So much easier to use than OBS in my opinion.

I agree that it's a good program. Only issue I take with it is that it's subscription-based and costs more than amazon prime
