Are there guides, podcasts etc. for using Numbers with VoiceOver?

macOS and Mac Apps

Are there guides, podcasts or other resources for using the Mac Numbers program/app with Voice Over?
My immediate requirement is to learn how to edit a cell's contents.
All help appreciated.

I wish there was some sort of documentation or tutorial for using Numbers with Voiceover. I've been looking for something for quite some time and haven't found anything yet. I even called Apple Accessibility without success. The person I talked to was friendly and seemed to want to help, but he didn't have any answers. He said he would have someone else call me, but I never received that call. If you or anyone else finds some info about using Numbers with Voiceover, please post it somewhere on this site.

Sometimes results come from reading the application's help and fiddling around.
To edit a Numbers cell contents:
1. Navigate to the cell.
2. Select the cell's contents by pressing the VO-key+space, space.
3. Navigate to the text or number to be changed and select it.
4. Type the changes.

It is important not to use some of the VO keys while in the cell because it is too easy to navigate away from that cell. Also, sometimes VO won't speak the contents of your selection, as is the case with almost all apps once in awhile. Patience and practice are advised. :)

First, how do you edit a cell's formula if the cell is in a hidden column?

Also, if the table has more rows than will display on the screen, how do you scroll through the rows without having to flick from cell to cell?
