macOS and Mac Apps

hi all, i'm using M1air macbook from 6 months now. from day one I have observed, I feel the sound volume is less in my mac when I'll be watching any content on prime video or on youtube though my system volume is set to 100%.
is there any ways to boost the sound eq like bass and trebel in mac unlike we have on windows to get more clear sound?

Also adjust VoiceOver volume. If that's not enough, use external speakers. You can also doublecheck to be sure media volume is at max (vo-= to increase media volume). After all that, you can use one or more third party apps, such as SoundSource, which can boost volume even more and has a multi-band equalizer.. Ultimately, however, you will be dealing with hardware limitations, so if the above still isn't enough, you will need different hardware, such as ear pods, headphones, or external speakers.

The speakers aren't amazing on the m1 air, it's just the lack of space in it. What other computer are you comparing it to?

In short, I don't think so. You get what you get. A bluetooth speaker might be what you need, sound core are very good and pretty inexpensive.

I've had good luck using an app called Sound Source. It's from the same company that makes Audio Hijack and Loopback. It lives in your menu bar and gives you controls to adjust individual volumes per-app and add effects, even to system audio as a whole. most importantly, it has something called Magic Boost, which subtly boosts quiet audio. I think that's exactly what you need to make your TV shows audible without having to turn the volume way up. It costs $41 and you can try before you buy.

hi, I have checked the above mentioned app but, felt its a bit complicated to set it up. seems need to do something in a recovery mode and change some security policy.
as a new user of mac, couldn't get those. would you mind explaining me that please? and does VO supports in all the steps given to do?
thanks.
