Any one with success using grok?

Now, I know chat gpt is pretty accessible as long as we refresh the page on safari.
Has any one got luck using grok?
Basically I tried using, but it does not seem streight forward like ChatGPT.
Basically I am not able to read responses or shall I say, navigate responses line by line or word by word.
Also I am not able to navigate where the response content exactly appears.
I was trying using Chrome.
