Hi. I have an idea. I haven't tried this myself, but I heard a good 1 to try is UBlock Origin. I'd see if that does what you're looking for. Bare in mind, that some iites might not work as expected with an ad blocker.

uBlock Origin

I recently switched to uBlock Origin, because the ad blocker I was using previously had accessibility problems. So far the ad blocker has worked well, but it’s too early for me to say for sure how it compares to others.

To get uBlock Origin:

1. Open Safari.
2. In the menu bar, select Safari, then Extensions.
3. Locate the search field on the webpage that loads, then type uBlock.
4. The extension, called uBlock Origin, should appear shortly after the search field. Hit the install button and you’re good to go.

You may want to quit and reopen Safari to make sure the extension is fully operational. There should be a button in the toolbar for uBlock Origin, which lets you enable or disable blocking on a per-site basis if you want. The extension appears to be accessible with VoiceOver, after a fashion, but it is a little weird.
