writing HTML on iOs

Hi!
To start with, I have no computer. I want to make a simple html document and know how to code html but how do I do this?

Hi,

I think Textastic can do this, but I have not used it, so I can not tell you whether it is accessible. Textastic might be a little more than what you need, but Textastic is the only one I can think of.
