I am experience very strange. Wen i am serth in safari, voiceover announce ״reader available״ but the sound of loading page continue wen the web page is load. Sumbady knows that? It's bug of voiceover? It's was on ios7?

Yeah, this issue has been going on for a while, ever since I can remember. The page has loaded, I don't know what is really going on here, but you can continue to read and use safari as normal.
