Weird VO glitch with youtube app

Hello. Recently I've been having a very strange glitch with the youtube app. Whenever I go into the comments, voiceover begins reading all of the punctuation. And this time it hasn't stopped. Has anyone else experienced this and knows how to fix it?

Within YouTube posts, double tapping on a link does nothing.
