Unread messages in Outlook

Hi, I've started using Outlook on an ipad. I've read a few messages fine and they were marked as read after I read them. But now I've opened and read one particular message and still in the list of messages VoiceOver is saying "unread" on that message. Has anyone any idea why that would be? Is it possible it's because soneone else has replied into that conversation? If so, how would I find the next message? The message has an attachment which I double-tapped on to view - I don't know if that's anything to do with it saying the message is still unread...

Multiple threads

It is possible that there are multiple email threads within a single email, use the rotor until you see messages, swipe up and down with 1 finger to browse messages, when you have read all replies and other messages, it would no longer say unread with the particular email
