Trouble playin a movie on an iPhone.

Hi all. For some reason, if I start a video I've bought from iTunes, then lock the screen, it pauses the video. Apparently this dates back to IOS 4.3 Does anyone have any solutions to playing a movie and locking the screen? This is an HD flick if it helps. Thanks for any tips.

There is no way to keep playing a video when the screen is locked. What you can do to turn of the screen, when VoiceOver is enabled, turn on the screen curtain. You can do this by triple tapping the screen with three fingers. To enable the screen again use the same gesture.
