think I found a bug in 13.5

This is on an iPhone8 with 13.5.1 but noticed it in 13.5 as well. After you dictate something, voiceover will start to read back what you dictated, however the voice will faid out rather quickly. Restarting the phone will fix this temporarily.
Anyone else?

Have had this bug off and on for years. Not consistent though, I would say only 60% of the time. I do not use audio ducking though and I can imagine this would happen more frequently with that on.
