is there a gesture for quickly getting to the first page using VO?

iOS and iPadOS

I'm wondering if there is a gesture for quickly getting to the first page of a many page dialog using VoiceOver.

for example, if I tap three fingers in a dialog of my Facebook app, VO may tell me that I'm on page 72 of 135.

do I really have to swipe down with three ingers 71 times to get to the first page? I'm thinking there must be a more efficient way.

I see this in other apps also, so the question is more generic than just Facebook.

Thanks.

I can only think of double tap on status bar to go to the top.
I wish there was one for getting to the bottom of all the pages.

In most apps, doing either a four-finger tap at the top or bottom of the screen can help. Otherwise, if there is a Back button of some kind, flick right past it, and you will be placed at the top. Otherwise, double-tap on any item in the status bar.
