Is there anyway to download an older version of an app that has updated too much to be compatible with an older device?

iOS and iPadOS

I am a regular user of the audible app, and are usually listen to it on my iPod touch, which is old enough that it can’t update past iOS version 9.3.5. Now, I know the audible app has been updated a lot, and so has not been compatible with this type of iPods for a long time, but until very recently, when I want to download it on the App Store, it let me download an older version. The optional longer exists. If anyone knows a way that I could get this app back on my iPod I would be really grateful. Thank you.
