Telegram accessibility broken

Hi guys.
Telegram accessibility is broken.
So basically I'm trying to send a file and the way I do this is by double tapping on the send media button and it brings up a list like photos, contact document etc.
Now with the latest update you are unable to navigate with voiceover when you double tap on the send media button.

Screen description possibly

It doesn’t really surprise me hugely that telegram is more inaccessible on iOS. You might want to try and see if you can switch on screen description and see if that helps you to find the send media button. I hear it works a lot better with the Windows platform on the laptop.
Let us know how you get on anyway and all the best of luck.
Cheers

In typical fashion, they've broken things again. I've tried using screen recognition and going through the share dialogue with no luck. If you have a Windows machine, try using Unigram. You have to tab around, but it's at least more useable. I'd say try yelling at the devs, but they've proven they don't care.
