Tables on websites on 12.x vs 13.x

iOS and iPadOS

Hello all:
I have a website with tables on it that I visit. In iOS 12.x on my iPad I can jump from table to table using rotor or keyboard shortcuts. This has been tested in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Tables are recognized and jumping works fine.

However, on iOS 13.x, on my iPhone, this does not work. VO reports there are no tables on the page, and therefore will not jump from table to table. This too has been tested in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox.
VO still recognizes links, buttons, etc just fine, but not tables.

Anyone else experiencing this issue? Anyone know about this? Any suggestions?
