surround sound and how to switch it off?

helo guys im sorry if there was topic about it earlier but how to in IOS permanently turn off that anoying surround sound system wide for movies audiobooks ETC? i wanted to play an audiogame and found out i cannot. i use airpods pro 3. and in this specific case, zero hour game i cannot go to control center and toggle the switch just off.
