Hello there everyone, as the subject says. I just updated to iOS 13.3.1 and it told me that the update is done. after the phone restarted? it's stuck at press home to upgrade. when I do and enter my passcode? it gets stuck at some kind of progress barr. then it restarts. any help?

Do a force restart. My understanding was iOS 13 and up was only for the 6S and up.

Connect it to your PC and use iTunes to do a recovery.

on the mac, use finder if on Catalina, itunes in Mojave and earlier
