Strange issue with Itunes purchased music library.

iOS and iPadOS

Hi guys.
So, I decided to listen to my Katy Perry album, and for some reason the album seems not to appear in my recently purchased or even my music library.
When I search for it in the music app, nothing.
However, it shows as purchased in the Itunes store, but tapping the purchased button doesn't download it.
Does anyone have any advice?

What happens when you ask SIRI to play Katy Perry?

It looks like you don’t have that in your Apple Music library. You can ask me for a radio station, or ask me to use a specific app.

Hi. Sorry SIRI didn't work for you. The only other options I can think of are restoring a backup (but beware of not losing what you have on your device right now) or calling Apple Accessibility, which is probably the better choice. Their Team Viewer and Team Support apps will enable apple to look at and control your device remotely. They will see you purchased the album, don't have it in your library, and are unable to download it. If I were you, I'd give them a call.

Unfortunately, due to a new rule that Apple has created, the people in the accessibility department can now only assist with voiceover navigation.
So, if you need help with anything else, you'll have to call the main number at 800-275-2273
