Speech Central further improvements in accessibility

Being nominated as the best accessible iOS app in 2017 by AppleVis is a great honor, but also brings a great responsibility to further improve the app and be even better in 2018.

The first release in 2018 contains two new features, both focused on improving the accessibility:
- the app already had many options to navigate the text (going back and forward for 30 seconds, one sentence, one paragraph, to the previous/next title or bookmark, but most of those commands were available only when assigned to the button on the headphones. Now the Navigation panel has two screens, and on one of them those commands are listed.
- new command to spell the current sentence (placed in the Navigation panel).
