Sing by Smule: App Problems

iOS and iPadOS

To anyone who is using the karaoke app called "Sing" by Smule:
Have you been having issues loading songs? For example, when I want to "sing with someone for free", I first load up the track with the other person singing the other part, but, when I try to load up that track, it plays for maybe like 5 seconds and then just stops, though, sometimes it plays longer, but it always eventually inevitably stops and will never start back up again.

Is anyone else having this problem? Or, is it perhaps just my phone or even my wifi?

I am using an iPhone 5 that still has iOS 7.1.2.

Please respond to this post in either the affirmative or negative (whether or not you are having problems) so that I can figure out whether it is an actual issue or whether it's just me or my phone!

CORRECTION: The music *does* eventually start up again but it takes about 5 minutes each time for it to start back up again.

I'm using a 5S with the latest Ios installed and Sing is working just fine for me. Of course everyone needs to move to 8 when they're comfortable but I'm wondering if iOS 7 is why you're having problems. The new updates have been tailored to iOS 8 one would think.

Which is really annoying for those of us who don't want to deal with the major accessibility issues still present in 8!

At any rate, it keeps acting as if I have a really really slow internet connection but, when I use other apps, the speed is just fine!
