Sending messages in Skype app

Hi, I use a BrailleNote Apex with a bt keyboard. I can send a message in the Skype app by pressing the advanced and next keys, but don't know how to do it on the touchscreen. How do I send the instant message using the touchscreen on the iPhone? If I press return, I get a new line. Thanks.

When you send a message swipe right to send button then double tap the send button to send you're message.
